It aims at improving the quality, as well as the reach of products and services of Vishwakarmas i.e., artisans and craftspeople and to ensure that they are integrated with the domestic and global value chains. Assistance to Pharmaceutical Industry for Common Facilities (APICF) (Rs.178.40 crore); II. Pharmaceutical Technology Upgradation Assistance Scheme (PTUAS) (Rs.300.10 crore); III. Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying is implementing the scheme “Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund (AHIDF) scheme” under The Prime Minister’s Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package. The scheme has provisions of credit guarantee and interest subvention for incentivizing entrepreneurs to establish dairy /meat processing unit and animal feed plants.

SIDBI is one of the nodal agencies under Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) which was introduced by Ministry of MSME under National SC-ST Hub (of NSIC) effective from May, 2017 to promote setting up of new enterprises by aspiring SC/ ST entrepreneurs and capacity building of existing MSEs for enhanced participation of SC/ST entrepreneurs in the public procurement by providing 25% upfront capital subsidy.The scheme is continued up to FY 2025-26 with an outlay of Rs.438 Crore.
